AICode Method is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the guide isn't useful to you, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. You do not need to justify your request.

How to request a refund

• Through Digistore24, the authorized reseller and merchant of record, using the support link in your order confirmation email, or
• By emailing AICode@support.com with the email address and order number used at checkout.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund is issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the guide ends and access to the delivery page is withdrawn.
